Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and we will supply you with a return address.

Items will be refunded with a cash refund providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We suggest insuring the parcel as we are not responsible if it does not reach us.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs to return the item and delivery charges on order of the item are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
If your return is because you no longer want the product or do not like the product, even though it has no faults, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. 

In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In certain cases we may charge up to 10% on returned items i.e Items need to be repackaged etc.

We will confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. 
Please note that personalised items, items supplied on special orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
